Concord Technology Limited was founded by Mr. Lawrence Yat Sang Li in Hong Kong at 1988. Concord also started her branch factory in Shenzhen Bao’an China at 1998. Mr. Li leads the company to become the top one Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) manufacturer in Hong Kong. Concord provides total solution on research & development for advanced testing technique: AOI, ATE and ICT for electronics PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly). Concord won several awards in last decade. At 2006 Concord started the subsidiary HuaLiXin for fixture and FCT services for numberless applications. After the unceasing endeavor, Concord and HuaLiXin provide professional high quality, high performance testing equipments, Fixtures and service for our customers. Test with confidences is the goal and commitment which wins the customers’ support and faith.
Concord strengthens periphery application on automatic test equipment also represent other electronics production automation equipments: SMT placement machine, Temento boundary scan, HALT&HASS strengthening test facility…etc.
In Circuit Tester is using high speed Reed Relay or Digital IC for switching. It provides eScan, Functional test and Optical inspection features. There are off-line semi automatic and in-line full automatic system
Automatic Test Equipment is using computer to control the power up functional test for devices, PCBA cluster, full PCBA and completed product test. ATE, automatic completed process to increase productivity, save labor cost, improve product quality and reliably.
HuaLiXin is the subsidiary of Concord, professional and focus providing solutions for test fixtures. HuaLiXin fabricates first class fixtures for different brand MDA, ICT, FCT…etc. We also support and consult how to make a better fixture on design for test, to improve the test coverage by analyze the product’s CAD or Gerber data.
